Ernesto is partner of ANVP since 2015. He is an expert in property law, including land law, trusts, natural resources and expropriations. He also has relevant experience in the law of contracts, corporate law, infrastructure and the Chilean regulation for astronomical activity. He currently is the Spencer-Fairest Teaching Fellow in Law at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge and an Assistant Professor at the Private Law Department of the University of Chile. He was previously an Associate Lecturer at University College London, a New York University International Finance and Development Fellow at UNIDROIT and an associate at Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido y Brunner.
