Felipe concentrates his professional practice in dispute resolution and in providing corporate advice to companies, especially in tax and regulatory matters. He has litigation experience in real estate, mining, pension funds and contractual matters. He has participated in foreign investment processes, repatriation of capital and profits, due diligence and corporate restructuring. He holds an academic position on Procedural Law at Universidad de Chile’s Law School and has published in the same field of law. He joined ANVP as an associate in 2012 and has been a partner since 2020.
