He advises innovative companies, individuals and non-profit organizations on contractual, real estate and succession matters. In recent years, his practice has focused especially on assisting major international astronomical observatories with their installation and operation in Chile. His experience includes bringing these projects under the ESO-ECLAC legal regime, representing them in their relations with the Chilean State, and protecting them against light interference, environmental pollution, mining activity and claims by indigenous communities.
