The book Civil Law and Constitution, published by the Department of Private Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, addresses issues of public interest and seeks to contribute to the ongoing debate around private law and its constitutional impact.
The publication contains reflections and analyzes of professors from said department who, from their various specialties and points of view, face various issues of Private Law with constitutional relevance, such as human dignity and fundamental rights, in general, and families, property, contracts and consumer protection, in particular.
