Real Estate
Our legal practice includes contractual, corporate, tax and regulatory advice on real estate, as well as representation in dispute resolution. We advise clients operating in a variety of real estate markets, including social housing, recreational, commercial and infrastructure projects. We also support our clients in their contractual relationship with third parties installing and operating infrastructure on their land, especially, energy generation and motor vehicle inspection plants.
Astronomical Observatories
We have provided legal advice in connection with the installation, construction and operation of astronomical observatories under the (ESO-CEPAL) jurisdictional immunity statute, including the negotiation of the observatory legal status with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and National Assets, as well as with ANID, before, CONICYT. Among other activities, we support clients in obtaining permits and protection from mining projects, in the provision of electricity to their facilities and in their relationship with the communities who live in the places where they are located.
Mining
We advise mining companies and suppliers on a wide range of matters, including obtaining and maintaining mining property; due diligence on mining property; imposing or avoiding mining easements; and contractual matters related to the provision of equipment and services to the mining industry. In addition, we have rendered legal opinions on mining law issues.
